Kefi L!fe is the epic inspiration of Katina.  A woman born in the Peloponnese, Greece who through a beginning of struggle developed the Greek virtue - courage.

At 7 years old, she lost her mother and evolved into a person of perseverance and curiosity.  She migrated to the US with her father and four siblings, growing up with a spirit of wonder and zest for life.At 20, she traveled back to Greece, met my father Tasso, and within 3 weeks, the two were married.  They traveled home to the states began their family, of which I am the first born of four children.  A mutual desire and working partnership to give their family the American dream, evolved into the opening of Tasso’s Greek Restaurant in Kansas City, Missouri, still in business today.

 Katina, my example, my Superpower and bright light forever imparted positive energy, love, hospitality, tenacity all in pursuit of Ola Kala (all is well), the natural way.

 During her earthly life, her example “I’m going to live until I die.” coupled with two books she gifted me, titled The Healing Powers of Olive Oil and Medicinal Plants of Greece are the springboard for Kefi L!fe.

 Kefi L!fe is on a mission to pass on the lifestyle that allows one to flourish and feel alive the Greek way, the way to Ola Kala.
