HYDRATE AND REPAIR

This classic avocado and olive oil mask is a powerful natural way to hydrate and repair the skin. The avocado’s high content of fatty acids, vitamin E, and other powerful antioxidants helps speed up the cell regeneration process.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe avocado.

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (16 g).

METHOD

  • Mash the avocado and mix with olive oil.

  • Once it’s mixed into a creamy paste, apply it to your face and, if you like, your neck and upper chest.

  • Leave on for 30 minutes.

  • Rinse with lukewarm water.

  • Repeat twice a week.

CLEANSE PORES AND REDUCE BLACKHEADS

This olive oil and oat mask is a natural exfoliant that removes dead cells and other impurities that get stuck in the pores. 

It reduces the appearance of blackheads and spots while leaving your skin soft and hydrated.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (32 g).

  • 1 tablespoon of oat flour (10 g).

METHOD

  • Put the two ingredients in a bowl and mix until you have a thick paste.

  • Rub the mixture onto your entire face and leave for 20 minutes.

  • Rinse with lukewarm water. Repeat twice a week.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg white.

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (16 g).

METHOD

  • Beat the egg white and mix in the olive oil.

  • Spread the mask over your entire face and leave for 30 to 40 minutes.

  • Rinse with lukewarm water using gentle circular motions to remove it.

  • Use 2 or 3 times a week.
