Kotopoulo riganato- oregano chicken

Ingredients

  • whole chicken cut in half

  • 10 yellow potatoes peeled and cut into quarters

  • 1/2 cup Kefi L!fe EVOO

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 2-3 lemons

  • 2 TBSP oregano

  • 2 dashes paprika

Instructions

  1. Place cut and cleaned out chicken in a 21 x 13 aluminum pan.

  2. Place potatoes around the chicken

  3. Pour Kefi Life EVOO over the chicken and potatoes.

  4. Add water, lemon juice, oregano, and paprika.

  5. Cover with foil and cook for one hour at 450

  6. Remove foil and cook uncovered for another 30 minutes at 400
