BREAKFAST EGG BITES
These Egg Bites are a perfect make-ahead option for breakfasts to make sure you get in your protein. Plus, they’re customizable for picky eaters in the family!
Ingredients
Eggs
Veggies of Choice
Cheese
Additional Protein
Kefi Life® EVOO
Servings: Approximately 1 serving per egg
Prep time: 10 Minutes
Cook time: 15-20 Minutes
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
Whisk eggs and add salt & pepper
Chop veggies of choice
Brush muffin tins with olive oil
Pour eggs into muffin (or mini muffin!) tins
Add in veggies and additional protein, if desired
Top with cheese, if desired
Pop in oven for 15-20 minutes (If using mini muffin tins, time will be shorter!)
Let cool
