Directions

  • Finley chop tomatoes 

  • In mixing bowl, add chopped tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese and combine

  • To tomato & cheese mixture, add oregano & salt to taste along with a drizzle of olive oil, thoroughly combine

  • Place bread pieces on plate and lightly drizzle with olive oil

  • Scoop tomato & feta mixture on top of each piece of crostini toasted bread

  • Garnish with 1/2 of an olive & chopped parsley

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe tomatoes

  • 1 cup crumbled Greek Imported feta cheese

  • Dried Greek oregano to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • Extra Virgin Greek olive oil

  • Crostini toasted bread pieces

  • Chopped flat leaf parsley to garnish

  • 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved lenghwise
