A Health Hack to Help you Focus!
One of my hobbies, which supports health in a plethora of ways, is to blend therapeutic essential oils. I got started with the art of aromatherapy right before my mother was diagnosed with cancer. I needed an outlet to create wellness recipes for my entire family, and essential oils answered my call.
Essential oils come from various species of flowers, grasses, fruits, leaves and trees. They are found in the bark, seeds, leaves, petals, stems and roots. These gems of the earth are, on average, 80 times more potent than dried form of the herb.

Today, I need a blend to help me be productive and focus while I’m working in my office.
Here’s a good FOCUS BLEND:
5 drops of Lemon
2 drops of Cinnamon Bark
2 drops of Rosemary
Add water and then drop Lemon, cinnamon and rosemary oils to your diffuser and allow the oils to permeate the room with an aroma that smells fresh and amazing.
This FOCUS BLEND has the ability to improve concentration and reduce mental fatigue. It's perfect for those that find themselves easily distracted or daydreaming at work. The scent of rosemary also stimulates the mind, making it a great choice before a big meeting or project deadline.…
