Quick Tips To Conquer Your Grocery Trip

This week, our focus is shopping for the week and there are a few tips & tricks we live by to help make our trip to the Grocery Store a success!

  1. Make a list — and stick to it!

  2. Focus on these food groups: Protein, Fiber, & Healthy Fats

  3. Stick to the outer edge of the store — that’s where the healthy stuff is!

  4. Don’t go hungry! We recommend this delicious snack:

    Apples & Peanut Butter Protein Dip

    • Mix a small spoonful of peanut butter with two large scoops of Greek Yogurt & some cinnamon

    • Slice apples and dip away!
