Baked Garlic Nuts in cookbook

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 heads of garlic (about 20 cloves)

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary

  • 1 cup unsalted raw mixed nuts

  • 2 tsp Kefi Life! EVOO

  • 1/4 tsp truffle salt

DIRECTIONS:

  • First cook the garlic — Mix the garlic, rosemary, Kefi L!fe EVOO, and truffle salt

  • Roast on a baking sheet at 350·F for 15 minutes or until garlic is soft & golden

  • Then add the nuts —Mix together with the garlic & EVOO mixture and roast for another 5 minutes

  • Transfer to a bowl, mix, & salt to taste
