INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Eggs

  • Tomato(es)

  • 1-2 cloves Garlic

  • Kalamata Olives (optional)

  • Kefi Life® EVOO

  • Feta Cheese

  • Oregano

  • Red Chili Flakes

  • Salt & Pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • Chop tomato(es) & garlic to desired size

  • Chop Kalamata olives (if you choose to add)

  • Add Kefi Life® EVOO & above ingredients to a pan on low/medium heat

  • Sauté until tomatoes begin to blister

  • Add eggs and immediately scramble in

  • Add seasonings (oregano, red chili flakes, salt, pepper) and continue to stir

  • Add in feta and stir in and let warm so that it begins to melt

  • Enjoy!
