2 Eggs
Tomato(es)
1-2 cloves Garlic
Kalamata Olives (optional)
Kefi Life® EVOO
Feta Cheese
Oregano
Red Chili Flakes
Salt & Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Chop tomato(es) & garlic to desired size
Chop Kalamata olives (if you choose to add)
Add Kefi Life® EVOO & above ingredients to a pan on low/medium heat
Sauté until tomatoes begin to blister
Add eggs and immediately scramble in
Add seasonings (oregano, red chili flakes, salt, pepper) and continue to stir
Add in feta and stir in and let warm so that it begins to melt
