  • 3 organic eggs

  • 5 different colors of produce minimum (arugula, kale, spinach, red pepper, cucumber, onion, seasonal vegetables)


  • 10 seasoned almonds

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tablespoon cranberries 

  • 1 teaspoon blue cheese or goat cheese or cheese of your preference

  • drizzle of Kefi Life® EVOO

  • 1/4 avocado

  • lemon juice
