Kefi Baked Chickpeas

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 3 tbsp sun dried tomatoes (Alessi a good flavor brand)

  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced

  • 4 tbsp kalamata pitted olives

  • 1/4 cup chopped broccoli

  • Kefi Life® EVOO

  • Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • Pre-heat oven to 350

  • Combine all ingredients on a sheet pan.

  • Season with salt and pepper

  • With clean hands massage and move around ingredients to be spread out on pan evenly in a single layer

  • Bake for 15-20 min until chick peas cooked / light brown

  • Drizzle with Kefi Life® virgin olive oil and enjoy!
