Kefi Baked Chickpeas
INGREDIENTS
1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp sun dried tomatoes (Alessi a good flavor brand)
1/4 red onion thinly sliced
4 tbsp kalamata pitted olives
1/4 cup chopped broccoli
Kefi Life® EVOO
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients on a sheet pan.
Season with salt and pepper
With clean hands massage and move around ingredients to be spread out on pan evenly in a single layer
Bake for 15-20 min until chick peas cooked / light brown
Drizzle with Kefi Life® virgin olive oil and enjoy!
