Kefi Style Spaghetti
Myzithra is a Greek whey cheese or mixed milk whey cheese from sheep or goats. It is similar to ricotta. The flavor is distinct and delicious. Myzithra is a traditional Greek cheese and it has been made for thousands of years and is believed to be one the ancestor of all Greek whey cheeses. There are two forms: fresh and dried.
INGREDIENTS
1 box Spaghetti
Grated Myzithra Cheese
1 tbsp Salt
Parsley
4 tbsp of Kefi Life® EVOO
DIRECTIONS
Boil water
Add 1 box spaghetti
1 tbsp salt
And stir spaghetti until soft
Drain water out of pasta, dumping into strainer
Add 4 tbsp KL evoo to platter
Grate 1/4 cup Myzithra cheese over evoo
Take the spaghetti and pour over evoo/cheese
Mix all ingredients together
Top with more grated Myzithra cheese and some flat parsley.
