Olio Santo

*translation: holy oil, hot chili oil

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup crushed red pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • Simmer 3-5 minutes

  • Strain if you prefer, however not necessary

  • Store in sealed bottle or jar

*Great on pastas, breads, shrimp, veggies, eggs, and more!
