Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

DIRECTIONS

  • Thinly slice garlic & finely chop parsley

  • Boil water & heavily salt it

  • Add garlic & red pepper flakes to a generous portion of olive oil & sauté on medium heat until garlic is golden brown

  • Cook pasta til al dente & drain, making sure to set aside some pasta water for the sauce

  • Add spaghetti to the pan with garlic, evoo, & red pepper flakes

  • Add pasta water and parsley to pan and continue to mix all items together

  • Serve with more chili oil (olio Santo) & parmesan cheese!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1lb spaghetti

  • 1/2 cup Kefi Life EVOO

  • 6 cloves garlic

  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

  • 1 tsp. finely chopped parsley

  • 2 tbsp. pasta water

  • parmesan cheese
