Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
DIRECTIONS
Thinly slice garlic & finely chop parsley
Boil water & heavily salt it
Add garlic & red pepper flakes to a generous portion of olive oil & sauté on medium heat until garlic is golden brown
Cook pasta til al dente & drain, making sure to set aside some pasta water for the sauce
Add spaghetti to the pan with garlic, evoo, & red pepper flakes
Add pasta water and parsley to pan and continue to mix all items together
Serve with more chili oil (olio Santo) & parmesan cheese!

6 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. finely chopped parsley
2 tbsp. pasta water
