Kefi Village Salad
INGREDIENTS
2 vine-ripened tomatoes
1 english cucumber
1 red onion
8 oz. block imported Feta cheese cut into cubes
24 pitted Kalamata olives
lemon juice
2 tbsp Kefi L!fe extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp fresh dill, minced
1 tbsp dried oregano
drop of dijon mustard
salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Slice tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion into chunks or wedges
Lovingly scatter veggies into a bowl with feta and olives
For dressing, shake vinegar, EVOO, dijon mustard, lemon juice and herbs together in a jar
Pour dressing over and toss together
