Veggie Breakfast Bake
INGREDIENTS
12 eggs
spinach
onion
broccoli
bell pepper
mushroom
kalamata olives
tomato
shredded cheese
Kefi Life EVOO
* feel free to mix whatever veggies and type of cheese you love most!
DIRECTIONS:
lightly drizzle an oven-safe casserole dish with Kefi Life EVOO
add a thick layer of spinach to the bottom of the dish
add layers of veggies & shredded cheese
whisk together 12 eggs and pour over the veggies
back for about 40 minutes at 350·F — Add a final layer of cheese on top and cook for another 5 minutes
