Veggie Breakfast Bake

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 eggs

  • spinach

  • onion

  • broccoli

  • bell pepper

  • mushroom

  • kalamata olives

  • tomato

  • shredded cheese

  • Kefi Life EVOO

* feel free to mix whatever veggies and type of cheese you love most!

DIRECTIONS:

  • lightly drizzle an oven-safe casserole dish with Kefi Life EVOO

  • add a thick layer of spinach to the bottom of the dish

  • add layers of veggies & shredded cheese

  • whisk together 12 eggs and pour over the veggies

  • back for about 40 minutes at 350·F — Add a final layer of cheese on top and cook for another 5 minutes
